   The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

GoAudience primary business is focused on offering a suite of data products, including Audience Lists, in order to assist our clients market their own products and services. We obtain the Audience Lists from Data Providers. The Audience Lists that we sell to our clients may contain Personal Data, including, without limitation, unique identifiers like mobile advertising IDs.

                                   iii.   Usage Data  

Whenever You interact with Our Services, We automatically receive and record information on Our server logs from Your browser or device, which may include Your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” and pixel tag information, the type of device You’re using to access Our Services, the amount of time spent on Our Services, and the page or feature You requested. You can learn more about Our use of cookies and related technologies below. We use the data We automatically collect from You to customize content for You that we think You might like, based on Your usage patterns.  We may also use it to improve Our Services – for example, this data can tell us how often Users use a particular feature of Our Services, and We can use that knowledge to make Our Services interesting to as many Users as possible. We use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Facebook Fan Page, in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our Users. 

For this purpose, Facebook places a Cookie on the device of the User visiting Our Facebook Fan Page. Each Cookie contains a unique identifier code and remains active for a period of two years, except when it is deleted before the end of this period.

Facebook receives, records and processes the information stored in the Cookie, especially when the User visits the Facebook services, services that are provided by other members of the Facebook Fan Page and services by other companies that use Facebook services.
